(End User License Agreement)

Stacks purchased from the Stacks4Stacks site are designed for use with the RapidWeaver/Stacks platform. Any usage beyond a stacks intended use in RapidWeaver may be construed as unlawful.

Stacks purchased from the Stacks4Stacks site may not be redistributed in their original format or any other stack or template format. You may use a stack to develop a web site for profit, provided all credits within the code remain intact, even if said stack has been modified. The extent of modification which nullifies Stacks4Stacks's right to credit will vary, but in short, no original graphics may remain and the overall layout, code and file structure (including the list of properties) must vary sufficiently to demonstrate evidence of applied intellectual process.

3) Sales Policy

Payment

Products on this website are sold in GBP (Pound Sterling). Payment in other currencies may be subject to fluctuations in exchange rates. No VAT or Sales Tax is applied to purchases. Please note that on some rare occasions, your credit or debit card company may charge you (the buyer) an extra surcharge for distant or electronic payments. Refunds
